Ty Green

 Mr. Green practices in the area of municipal and eminent domain law. He received both his Bachelor of Arts and his law degree from the University of Southern California. Mr. Green is rated AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer review rating given to attorneys based on legal ability and ethical standards.

LEGAL EXPERIENCE Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Green worked at the law firm of Brown, Windfield & Canzoneri in Los Angeles where he was a partner from 1985 until 1991. During that time, he was a Deputy City Attorney for the cities of Monterey Park and Cerritos. He also served as a judge pro tem of the Los Angeles Municipal Court. Mr. Green moved to San Luis Obispo where he was a partner with the firm of Sinsheimer, Schiebelhut & Baggett. Since 2002, Mr. Green has been a partner in the law firm Adamski, Moroski Madden Cumberland & Green LLP. Mr. Green has represented clients in a wide variety of land use matters in the County of San Luis Obispo and surrounding areas. These have included some of the largest (and often contentious) retail, commercial, residential and agricultural projects in the area. Mr. Green regularly works with state and local agencies to obtain the desired result in the most efficient and economical manner. He has an impeccable reputation for thoroughness, integrity and results.

PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS, ADMISSIONS, STANDING Mr. Green is a member of the California Bar Association and the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts in California. Mr. Green has taught environmental law at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
